When I send a receipt for payment to a customer and send a note in there, how can I go back and view what the message was?

You can open the sales receipt to view the message you add on it. Let me walk you through on how to access it.

1. Go to your Sales menu.
2. Choose the All Sales tab.
3. Locate the Sales Receipt you want to view.
4. Click the drop-down arrow in the Action column.
5. Select View/Edit.
