When I use receipt snap I can see the entire receipt and the green overlay covering receipt. After I snap the picture, it shows me just a portion of the top right corner

To get started, I suspect you may be experiencing browser-related issues that can cause issues such as the one you've described. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies.
