When sending receipts my clients do not have the description of my services anymore on the receipt. iI have tried to fix it but no luck. how do can i fix this?

I did not have that issue in the past my clients always has the description of services . This has been going on for a few weeks and i tried to correct it but i didn't have any luck.

Before sending your receipts, please check the description to ensure the details aren't missing. Once verified, send the entries to your email to see the result. If the same thing happens, I'd suggest performing some basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue.

 

First, try sending the receipts through a private window as stored cache on the regular browser can affect QuickBooks performance.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift 
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift 
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

 

If it works, clear the cache of your main browser to remove browser history. You can also use other supported browsers to narrow down the result.

 

Your clients can also use a private window when opening their emails to see the description of your services.
