Hi userahutter,

QuickBooks Self-Employed is designed to make your invoicing process easier, and it's important to me that you can take advantage of this to send and save your invoices.

If you're trying to access QuickBooks Self-Employed via a browser, I'd recommend following some basic troubleshooting steps to ensure this issue isn't browser-related. Here's an article to assist you with that: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

In case you're using the app, uninstalling and reinstalling is a good troubleshooting step to ensure the app's cache is clear of temporary files that can cause bugs or these kinds of errors. You don't have to worry about losing your data during these steps, as they are stored in the cloud and will be accessible as soon as you log back in.

If none of these work for you, I encourage you to reach out to the dedicated QuickBooks Self-Employed team outside the community. Those agents are able to gather more details from you and do more in-depth troubleshooting to get things working again. Follow these steps when logged into QuickBooks Self-Employed.

  1. Click the Assistant feature,
  2. Type and enter "talk to human."
  3. Follow the prompts to connect with an agent.

Depending on whether you're using the Apple or Android app, where to find the Assistant is a bit different. Check out the Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed support article to learn where it is in your app.

I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything else.
