When will QBO implement online payments directly from Expenses? TOday when we select invoices to pay we see the option "pay bills online" but it is greyed out..

Paying your bills is a necessary and integral part of running a small business. It's important that you're paying your bills on time, and that you have the easiest method in order to do so. I'll explain your options with QuickBooks Online.

At this time, QuickBooks Payments only allows your customers to pay you, and the option to pay your suppliers directly from QBO isn't available at this time. Our US counterparts have introduced Online Bill Pay, but this isn't an option for Canadian users for the time being.

That being said, there's tons of great third-party apps you can explore that can help integrate a bill payments program with your QBO account.

I think the option to pay bills through QuickBooks Payments would be a great option, and I'd be happy to submit this feedback to our product development team for review.
