Where can I find a detailed invoice for the monthly QB charges that includes the QB fee and applicable taxes?

Here's how to view a copy of your invoice in QuickBooks: 

1. In QuickBooks Online, click on the Gear icon.
2. Choose Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Click on View payment history.
