Hello TSS ACCA,

Having access to your billing details is one of the ways that QuickBooks Online likes to keep you in charge of your subscription and in the know with the charges for the services. I'm here to help you get back on track with this so you can see those subscription details and invoices.

Before I get into this, I did notice that you previously posted a question to the US section of the QuickBooks Community. If your QuickBooks Online is also a US subscription, I recommend heading back there to make sure you have the most accurate details and contact information for your situation. There are some differences between the Canadian and US products, which is why this is important. You can go back to the US Community by selecting the flag at the top of this screen and choosing the US one.

If you're using QuickBooks Online Canada, the subscription invoices you're looking for can be found in the Billing & subscription tab of your account's settings. To get there, it'd just be a matter of clicking the Gear icon, choosing Account and settings, and then Billing & subscription from the left menu that populates. In that section, you should have a View payment history option.

I do see you say the section isn't there anymore, so it sounds like you may be aware of these steps. The one reason this might disappear is if your billing was transferred to your accountant and you now pay them for your subscription. The Billing & subscription tab is available for admin users on the account that's handling the billing. If you transferred the billing to your accountant, that means they're now the ones handling the billing and the information moving forward will be available to them. You can ask your accountant if you have questions about the billing with them.

That tab disappearing may also mean that your user access has been changed. If you're the Primary Admin, you should still have access to the billing and subscription section, but if you're not, an admin may have changed your role and you can no longer see those details. I recommend speaking to whoever has the Primary Admin access in this case.

In the event that neither of these situations applies to you or you're looking for older invoices before your accountant took over, feel free to contact our support team using one of the following methods. Please note that these are for contacting Canadian support, so if you are using the US product, the options may be different, and you can learn what they might be in the US Community forum. Here are the options for Canada.
