Where can i view all the entered payments for a particular invoice. It's a large invoice the client has sent me numerous e transfers over the course of 2 months.

Keeping track of the Payments you've received towards your customer Invoices is an important task, and it's easy to do using QuickBooks Online. I'd love to give you a hand with this so you can get back to doing what you love a little faster.

To view all of the Payments entered towards a particular Invoice, simple naviaget to the Invoices or All Sales tab of the Sales menu. Locate the Invoice in question, and click on it. You may see a small window open up on the right which will show Invoice activity. You can scroll through that and see the different payments and click on the blue hyperlink associated with them to open them up. If you're brought to the Edit Invoice window you'll see the Payment Status in the upper right corner. Beneath it you'll see a blue hyperlink that lists the number of payments made and on what date. Click that link to view the payment history.
