where do i find my payments made to intuit for monthly subscription

This is a great question! I know keeping these kinds of billing details on file in doubly beneficial because it helps with your overall recordkeeping and it helps with having a sense of the money spent on services for your business. At QuickBooks, our goal is to give you options for accessing that data, and I can highlight how it's done.

When you're subscription is directly through Intuit, you can check on your billing details right in product. QuickBooks Online's Billing and Subscription tab in the settings is designed for easy access to manage your subscription, including seeing the payment history. Follow along below.

  1. Select the Gear icon in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing and Subscription tab.
  4. Choose View payment history.

This will bring you to a list of the prior six months' subscription invoices, which you can open, download, and print as needed. To access subscription invoices older than six months, you can connect with a member of QuickBooks Online support. I'll go over how to do that in just a moment.

 

In the event you subscribed to your QuickBooks account via the Apple or Google Play store, please refer to your subscription section of the app store to see the payments you've made for QuickBooks Online. For accounts created in this way, the app store handles the billing, so that's where you can find the details.
