Why are all my bills and quotes missing?

Sometimes browsing data can accumulate and prevent the software from doing what it is supposed to do. I suggest opening your QuickBooks account in a private browser to see if you get the same results. Here are some shortcuts you can try depending on the browser you're using:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Shift + N
