Why are my Customer invoices not in PDF format?

Being able to save invoices to your computer as a PDF is a great way to always have a copy to print out, attach or email to to your customers. I'd be happy to help you with getting your invoices saved as PDF format.

In order to save your invoice as a PDF you'd need to pull up the invoice by going to Sales>Invoice. Once you pull up the invoice select print from the drop down menu under action. From the print preview screen click on print and select save as PDF or whichever PDF driver you use. If it still doesn't save as a PDF I recommend contacting an IT professional as there may be an issue with your PDF driver.
