Why are my invoice coming up as paid when they are not??!!??

Thanks for reaching out in the Community. I'll be happy to assist you by sharing more info on this. 

 

QuickBooks Online offers automation features, including to automatically apply credits to an invoice. This might mark your invoices as paid upon creation. If this feature is on, here's how you can turn it off:

  1.     Select the Gear icon
  2.     Click Account and Settings
  3.     Select Advanced
  4.     Select Pencil icon in Automation
  5.     Remove the check-mark in the box next to Automatically apply credits
  6.     Click Save
  7.     Select Done

I also suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies. To do so, follow the steps in this community article: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/community/Help-Articles/How-do-I-clear-my-browser-cache-and-temporary-.... This process can resolve various bugs and issues in most websites.
