Why are my old invoices not showing up in transaction list for customers?

Thank you for reaching out to Community.  Welcome!  It's essential that you're able to review the invoice history for your customers when needed.  One of the many great features in QuickBooks Online is that you can choose different options to see the historical customer invoices.  I'd be happy to assist you with this!

 

Based on the details you've provided, I recommend clearing cache on your browser first and foremost to rule out any issues with your current browser.  I also recommend logging into your account using a private or incognito browser to see if you're still getting the same result.  You may also want to try a different browser.  We recommend Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge or Safari.

 

In addition, you can use the 'filter' option to set your preferences when viewing customer invoices.  Here's how you can do that:

 

1. From the left menu select Sales and then choose Customers

2. Open the Transactions tab

3. Click the drop-down arrow on Filter

4. Select the transaction Type, choose Invoices

5. Select the Date and choose All Dates

6. When finished, click Apply

That's it!  You're now able to see all historical invoices for your customer.
