Question

Why can only one of my customers not seem to receive my invoices? Tried junk mail etc. They don’t get them. All others I deal with work. Just one? Ideas?

Hi Pipeline.

 

Emailing invoices to your customers is a great way to help save you time when using QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to help with getting the email to show up in your customers inbox.

 

If all your other customers are able to receive emails except this one it sounds like the issue might be with their email account. I recommend having them setting up their email with the settings in this link. If that doesn't work ask if they have another email that can be used to see if they're able to receive it.
