Why can't I add more user email addresses that can submit receipts to Quickbooks?

I get an error message from quickbooks that says try later. I am trying to add email address that can forward reciepts to quickbooks.

Welcome to Community!  The QuickBooks Online Receipts feature, is a great way to upload your expenses, while on the go.  Providing this option for multiple users is a great way to keep your books up to date and save valuable time.  I would be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser.  This will help improve system performance and loading times.  It's also important to note, that you can only register one email address per user, who has standard permission with suppliers to send receipts and bills.  In addition, if the user has a gmail address that includes the + symbol, you may not be able to register this email address.  For more information, click here.
