Why can't we partial invoice an estimate from the app still? This has been a gesture available online for years.

The ability to partial invoice an estimate from the app isn't available in the android mobile app. I can see the benefit of having this feature and I highly recommend sending feedback to our product developers. To send feedback, simply click on the Gear icon and navigate to the Feedback option. We appreciate receiving feedback from users like you as that helps us improve the program.
