Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, REL67.

I appreciate you reaching out to us here. I'd be happy to provide some information.

When sending estimates to your customers, there isn't the option to accept it directly from the estimate. Once your customer has replied (accepted) the estimate, you'll need to manually mark it as accepted in your books. Here's how:

1. Head to the "Sales" tab on the left navigation menu, and click "All sales"

2. Locate the estimate

3. In the "Action" column click on "Mark as accepted"

I can see how being able to accept the estimate through the email would be beneficial for you and your company, so I recommend leaving feedback by clicking on the "Gear" icon, then "Feedback". These comments are taken into consideration when our developers design new features and updates for QuickBooks Online.
