Why did I not receive a copy to my email after sending an estimate or invoice to my customer?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is a dynamic program, with the features you need to accomplish your goals with confidence.  Having the option to receive copies of your invoices is a great feature.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Let's get started by following these steps;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Account and settings

2. Click the Sales tab

3. Hit the Edit 📝 in the Messages section

4. Checkmark the box to Email me a copy at [your email] box

5. Hit Save, then Done
