Why do my invoices have the online payments options turned off? I have them on in my account settings to accept both credit and bank payments.

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Payments is a dynamic way to allow your customers to pay their account directly from the invoices you send.  It's important that the option is available for your customers and I'd be glad to provide some insight here!

 

When creating invoices for customers outside of Canada, you won't see the option to receive credit card payments.  At this time, payments can only be made using Canadian payment methods.  To see the accepted payment methods, click here.  If you'd like to see additional options for your customers moving forward, please don't hesitate to submit a suggestion to our Development Team.  Customer recommendations are greatly appreciated, in assisting with improving your overall customer experience in QuickBooks Online.  In the interim, QuickBooks provides other options for recording invoice payments.
