Why do my original entered invoices with service dates, don't print or email the same way entered?

Why are Service dates in invoices not staying in order with the products?

It's great to see you in Community.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online is currently experiencing some issues with printing invoices.  We are aware of this and our Development Team is working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.  You can follow the status of this situation here.  I also suggest clearing cache on your browser to see if you experience the same outcome.  If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community, so we can set you up with an email notification when the issue has been fixed.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
