Why do the invoice lists come up in WHAT EVER ORDER THEY WANT instead of my invoice or at least by date?

GOING IN TO INVOICES - Would it not make sense for our invoices to come up in the list by date or order?  Is there a way to do that instead of having to change EVERY time we I in

Hi there pswork,

 

 It's important that all your transactions are entered correctly for your books to be well balanced. QuickBooks Online is a great tool to help you keep track of sales and expenses so you can see the profit of your company. I can provide some information about the display.

 

Within QuickBooks Online, there isn't a way to have a default order to display such as transactions so it appears like that after every time you leave the page. I can see that this would be a feature that you'd like to see to help you with managing your transactions. I recommend leaving feedback in the system by clicking on the Gear Icon, then Feedback. The comments made in that section are considered by our developers when designing new features for the software.
