Why does Scotiabank always become unsynced in QBO

Every month when we update the banks they become unsynced and we have to log into each account. This happens with Scotiabank all the time

Thanks for reaching out here.  It's important that you're able to update your transactions automatically, so your books remain up to date.  I'd be glad to help!

 

When you're transactions aren't updating, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  This will improve system performance and increase loading times.  In addition, I suggest trying another browser, or an incognito window in Google Chrome.
