Why doesn't accept payments work for self employed?

The level of support with customer service right now is BRUTAL.  I have literally been trying to get support for my selfemployed client's books, for something that should be extremely straightforward (accepting payments, screen is working and then error message that website is down) and have been shunted to six different agents, a phone number for support that doesn't do Self Employed support, and waster FOUR hours on this.  I have always received great support in the past, but this is beyond belief.  I have six clients signed up with quickbooks because it's always been easy to deal with, but I am definitely looking at moving to Sage for my small business clients.

Hello noellarobinson-h,

I'd be sad to see you go and appreciate the amount of time you've already spent on this. QuickBooks Payments is a great way to receive money from your customers for your services and I want you to be able to submit your application for this service.

The reason you may be getting an error on the site is that browsing data has accumulated in your internet browser. Here are a few steps to help resolve ay issues relating to browsing data:

If the error persists after trying these steps, I recommend getting in touch with our support team.
