Why is it when i print an invoice with including tax it print excluding tax?

QuickBooks Online is a great tool that helps you assign and track your sales tax when you create invoices or expenses. As QuickBooks is a web based program when issues happen it tends to be due to your browser health. There are a few things we can do to get your internet browser back up and running properly.

The first step would be to clear your cache and cookies as sometimes they can get damaged or corrupted which can cause all kinds of errors, such as the ones you are seeing. In order to clear your cache and cookies I recommend going over this article as the steps are different for each internet browser. Another step would be to try opening your QuickBooks on a different internet browser and trying to use a private browser such as Google Chrome's Incognito mode. You can also try a different computer to see if that fixes the issue.
