Why is my message on standard template not showing up on invoice when I go to print it?

I have made and remade it multiple times but the message field is missing when I print preview invoice. Any suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out here.  Adding messages to your QuickBooks Online forms is a great way to add a personal touch.  It's essential that your messages are included when you select print/preview, to ensure it's also visible to your customers when the invoice is received.  I'd be glad to assist!

 

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser, to improve system performance and increase loading times.  If the issue persists, follow these steps;

 

1. Open your Settings ⚙ and select Custom form styles

2. Click on Edit in the Action column for your default template

3. Open the Content tab, then select the Edit 📝 in the footer section

4. In the Message to customer on field, use the ▼ dropdown menu to select Invoices and other sales forms

5. Review the message to be applied

6. Hit Save
