Why is quickbooks saying sd card error when i try to preview an invoice. My phone does not have one and a few days ago it work. Im thinking theres a bug or something.

It's a pleasure to see you in Community.  Welcome!  The QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to stay ahead of your work while on the go.  It's important that you're able to preview your invoices and ensure accuracy before sending them to your customers.  I'll be happy to assist!

 

Based on the unexpected behavior you've described, I suggest refreshing the app.  If you get the same result, remove the app and then reinstall it.  In addition, I recommend logging into your QuickBooks Online account from a browser.  If you experience the same outcome, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can look further into this from our end.

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
