Why is some info on my mobile app different from my desktop? i. e. My mobile app says i have 8 open invoices while my desktop says i have 49 open invoices.

The company information is in the cloud so why is the info displayed on my mobile app different from that on my desktop?

Based on what you've described, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:
