Hello usersupport,

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community! QuickBooks Online makes it easy customize your Invoices, Estimates, and Sales receipts. You can choose the style, colour scheme, font, and more. I'll show you how you can change the size of your logo as it appears when using custom form styles.

  1. From the Gear icon, select Custom form styles.
  2. Make changes to an existing style by selecting the blue Edit button, or select New style and choose from InvoiceEstimate, and Sales Receipt to create a new custom form.
  3. In the Design tab, select Make logo edits.
  4. Choose between SM, and L logo sizes.
  5. Click the green Done button when you've finished making changes.

If you'd like the flexibility to make your logo a little larger or better reflect your brand identity, you can Import custom form styles for invoices and estimates. We have sample designs and an EZ Map Fields Catalogue to help you.

I just know that your invoices and estimates are going to turn out fantastic!

Hi there haseeb24,

I know that something as simple as how the date appears on your transactions can make all the difference when it comes to communicating with your customers. I'd be happy to show you how to change the date format for QuickBooks Online so that it can be set up just the way you'd like.

Changing the date format is as easy as changing a setting. Once you do, QuickBooks will display all dates that way for you so you don't have to worry about changing it from area to area. Here's how it's done.

  1. Select the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Click the Advanced tab.
  4. Scroll to the Other preferences section and click the pencil icon.
  5. Choose from the Date format drop-down menu.
  6. Click Save.

There are several options to choose from, including the day, month, year format you'd like. Give that a go and let me know if you need more guidance. I'm here to help!
