Why, when adding a new customer on the fly when creating invoices and QBO makes you select a currency, doe the scroll bar not work beyond QBO's rather top options?

This is actually a deal-breaker, I have a multitude of invoices to create but cannot get past the currency selector.  The options I have access to are rather ridiculous, USD is not among them so I have to scroll down - but the scrollbar only scrolls beyond the top options intermittently.  If I cannot easily select USD I have no use for QBO

Being able to select the currency for each of your customers is an important step in maintaining clean books. I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to verify your account details in a secure setting, as well as view your screen to better assist you. They also have the necessary tools to create a ticket to get the issue resolved if they see fit. You can reach them by using one of these methods: 

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
