Why won't QuickBooks Canada invoice set-up (design) allow postal code? Why does it only accept zip codes?

It's nice to see you in Community.  Welcome!  Having the option to enter a Zip Code rather than a Postal Code in QuickBooks can be rather concerning.  However, it's important to ensure you've subscribed to QuickBooks Online Canada.  As your time is valuable, I encourage you to contact us outside of Community for personal assistance.  Our Customer Care team will look into your situation in more depth and ensure you're back to business as soon as possible!

 

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
