Regarding a customers invoice. why won't the zero in the zip code show up on a printed invoice. the zip code is 07728 but on the printed invoice it only shows the 7728. I am using Quickbooks online. The zip-code is correct in the Customer profile address but the full zip-code will not show on the printed invoice. The number 0 will not print on the customer invoice.

Thanks for joining us in the Community, @christine-truckp.

I've replicated your concern and I was able to print the zip code with zero.  To help you sort out this issue, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. Stored cache can cause unexpected behavior while using the application.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift +N

Once logged in try to print the invoice again, if it works, kindly proceed with clearing your cache. This helps improve the performance of the application. Then, if the issue persists, you can refer to this article for other supported browsers while using QBO.

Also, you can delete and recreate the invoice transaction with the zip code 07728 and try to print again if it’s still the same.

Additionally, you can refer to these articles on how to print and personalize your invoice transactions:
