QuickBooks Online is the best way to save time and effort with your bookkeeping. The cloud-based environment helps you conduct business on-the-go, and gives you tons of flexibility. In regards to creating invoices and matching them to your posted transactions, this is a simple step. I'll explain further. 

 

It sounds like you've synced your account to the bank feed in QBO. Creating invoices that will match to these transactions is simple. 

The "Match" tool will be used if you've already created a matching transaction in your QuickBooks Online account. If you've not yet created a transaction record in QuickBooks Online, you'll utilize the "Add" tool, rather than the "Match" tool.
