Will quickbooks allow me to create invoices and match them after I have already posted bank deposits to my quickbooks account?

It sounds like you've synced your account to the bank feed in QBO. Creating invoices that will match to these transactions is simple. 

The "Match" tool will be used if you've already created a matching transaction in your QuickBooks Online account. If you've not yet created a transaction record in QuickBooks Online, you'll utilize the "Add" tool, rather than the "Match" tool.
