Will the interest calculation on outstanding customer invoices be an option through quickbook online?

Welcome to the Community! It's great to see that you're using QuickBooks Online to streamline the management of your business. I can shed some light on the outstanding invoice interest calculation.

The ability to automatically have interest calculated on outstanding invoices currently isn't a feature in QuickBooks Online. With that being said, I can see how this would be very useful to you when dealing with a large number of customer receivables. I highly recommend submitting Feedback to our product development team regarding this function. They're always looking for ways to improve our product, and they take the feedback received from customers like you into consideration when preparing future updates. Here's how you can submit feedback to them from within your QuickBooks Online company in a few easy steps:

• Navigate to the Gear icon at the top of the screen, then click Feedback.
• Enter your comments or product suggestions then select Next.
• You'll be provided a list of suggested Help articles related to your comment. You can read through them or select Skip and send message.
• From the drop-down, choose the appropriate category, then select Send message.

You feedback will then be sent to our product development team to help us with improving the QuickBooks Online experience.
