A client recently went to online. I'm trying to do their quarterly reports. The SUTA report shows up, but the MO 941 state withholding form I can't find and not sure how to add it if it's even possible.

Yes, you can add a Missouri state withholding, tlpconsultingllc18.

First, review the State Withholding from your client's employee's profile. If the setup is correct and there are existing payroll entries, the MO 941 form will show in the Payroll Tax Center. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Payroll menu on the left panel, and select Employees.
  2. Select which one needs to have the MO 941.
  3. Navigate to the Tax withholdings, then check the filing status of your State withholdings.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Go to the Gear icon at the top right corner, then Payroll Settings, to update Missouri tax.

Once done, you can pay and file payroll taxes and forms electronically in QuickBooks Online Payroll.
