Emailing issue

Hi

so im trying to send my profit and loss report to my email. It said sent. But upon checking my email box and spam box ,

there is nothing there. I have try it serveral times already. Can anyone help.

This is not the service we want you to experience with QuickBooks, Lee. I'll be here to share a workaround so you can email your report successfully.

 

If your current email isn't working, we can use a different email address. Additionally, if that doesn't resolve the  issue you can proceed to troubleshoot your browser. It might be due to cache-induced browsers that can affect the program's performance and hinder you from sending the report. You can access your account using an incognito or private browser and check if the problem persists. You can follow the shortcut keys below:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you can already send the emails successfully, you can clear your browser's cache to remove and fix your browser and start a clean slate.
