Exporting Tax Payments

We understand how crucial it is to be able to export your tax payments from Intuit Online to QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), Macbuilder. Allow me to share some ways to troubleshoot this. 

Before we proceed, may I know if you've encountered any specific errors while attempting to export your tax payments? This way, we can identify and provide you with any solution we have.

In the meantime, let's troubleshoot this error using incognito mode, then turn off the Export option and reenter the Export Preferences. This way, we can isolate this concern since private browsers don't store data from that specific session.

Here's how:

1. Log in to your company file in a private browser.
2. Go to the Gear icon at the upper right corner, then choose Payroll Settings.
3. Scroll down and find the Export option.
4. Click the Pencil icon, then select where to export your file from the options in Export Preferences.
5. Click the Turn-off export, then Continue.
6. You'll be routed to the Export Preferences window. Choose where you want to export your file, then click Save.
7. Reenter your Export Preferences, then click Done.
8. From the Export section, click the Export Transaction.
9. Tick all the paychecks that you'd want to export.
10. Once done, you can click the Export button.

To import your file into QBDT, kindly follow the steps in Step 3: Export your payroll data into QuickBooks.
