Generating a form for all donors with their tax deductible amounts

The option to generate the form for all your donors with their tax-deductible amounts is unavailable. However, you can run a report such as the Sales by Customer Detail report or Donor Detail report and then filter it to get the data that you need. I'll show you the process below:

1. Log in to your QBO account.
2. Go to Reports.

3. Search Sales by Customer Detail/Sales by Donor Detail. 

4. Select Customize.

5. Filter according to your needs.

6. Hit Run report.

In regards to preparing the form, you can reach out to your accountant for help.

Moreover, if you want to show your appreciation to your donors when you send a receipt of their donation or pledge. You can customize the thank you letters you email.
