How do I send my accountant a copy of my taxes?

Ask your accountant, which QB Desktop year version they have. Do they have QB Desktop 2024 Accountant Plus or QB Desktop 2024 Enterprise Accountant?

For QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can invite your accountant so they can have access to your taxes. I'll show you how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage users.
2. Click the Accounting firms tab.

1. Go to Reports.
2. Under Standard reports, find the specific report you want to send.
3. Click the Email icon, then hit Email to confirm.

As for QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can send them an Accountant's Copy file through the Accountant's Copy File Service. You can also create a QuickBooks Portable file and save it to your flash drive.
