How to upload tax data from Quickbooks Online to H&R Block software

I just started with QuickBooks online last year. I cannot figure out how to create a uploadable file with my information to load into H&R Block. Is it possible to do with QB Online or do I need to upgrade to a different version?

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can export reports including tax-related reports. However, importing uploadable tax data files from QBO to H&R Block software isn't guaranteed since H&R Block software doesn't integrate with all QBO versions. Upgrading to a different version isn't necessary.

In the meantime, I recommend finding a third-party app that exports tax data files compatible with H&R Block software. Here's how:

In your QBO account, go to Apps.
Select Find apps.
Type in keywords in the search bar or choose Browse categories.

I know it is not necessary to change my QBO but which version would work with H&R Block Software to uploading my Sales, Expenses, etc for Taxes.
