Payroll tax Notice Upload

This is the path that leading to nowhere with the payroll tax notice uploads. I'm in Google Chrome. Gonna try the above fix to see if that works.

Occasionally, too much cache buildup in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. This might also be the reason why you don't have the option or link to upload. To clean this up, let's open your QBO account in a private or incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P
  • Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N

 

If it works using incognito, you need to clear your regular browser's cache. Otherwise, let's switch to different supported browsers.

So the incognito mode solution did NOT work for me. Tried the above solution to no avail. QuickBooks needs to fix this. It should be easy for us to securely upload tax notice and other tax related information to our PAYROLL PROVIDER. Please fix asap.

Since you're routed to the Search panel instead of the Assistant panel where you can upload the tax notice, you can directly copy and paste this URL: https://qbo.intuit.com/app/payroll-doc-mgmt-ui/docupload. This will automatically direct you to the Tax notice upload window.
 
Alternatively, you can send the notice the to us via email. You can get our contact information by going to the QuickBooks Online Payroll > Send your notice to us via email section in this article: Send in your payroll tax notice.
