Quickbooks Online is no longer Exporting my Payroll Taxes

I called about this issue on 10-24-2024. Is anyone else having this issue? I can't reconcile my payroll account.

To get started, we have to open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on an incognito window. Doing so will prevent the browser history from being saved. 

 

Please refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If the private browsing session works, clear the browser's cache so the system can restart. This can also be done in other supported, up-to-date browsers. Clearing the cache will reboot the system, allowing you to work with a clean slate.

So my issue is that since Quickbooks Online Payroll changed the way they are taking monies out to pay our payroll taxes. When I go to export after running a payroll I can export all my Employee wages. But when I check my payroll taxes to be exported quickbooks unchecks them all and I get a error message at the top of the screen saying export failed. I called in on 10-24-2024 did a screen share with a quickbooks representative. She was unable to help me. On the following day I got this message from Quickbooks.

The unexpected behavior you have experienced is anticipated to be resolved in an upcoming product update.

I tried again to export over the weekend and the issue has not been resolved. What should I do next?
