I had this charge on my bank account, TAX DEBIT PAYCYCLE INC.  I don't know what it's for, I pay for the online and the simple payroll and pay those charges separately.  I can't find anything online and when I search the charge thru the intuit/quickbooks link nothing comes up. Does anyone know what this is from?? It's a weird amount too $77.64. We don't take online payments either so it's not from that. Thanks for any help.

Let's get this sorted out, JAF2.

If you're unable to recognize a charge on your account, you can check where it's coming from and why. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.

From there, you can see your active subscriptions.

You may also want to reach out to our customer care support to check the charge. Or, you can verify to your bank.

Don't hesitate to let me know if you have other concerns. We're around to help you. Take care!

Google search. PayCycleInc. provides online payment services. The Company offers payment, filing assistance, payroll management, workers compensation, and accounting services

It has been a division of Intuit since 2009. It could be your payroll subscription. Odd amounts may be due to sales tax.

Were you ever able to get an explanation as to what the charge was for? I just had one come through a clients account today. No idea what it is for.

Your client can verify what's the charge amount by signing in to their Intuit account through the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) website. This shows all QuickBooks subscriptions and billing history from the previous date period. Here are the steps to get there:

  2. Select View your transaction history under the Payment and Order Activity section.
  3. On the Payment History page, click the Period drop-down and choose a date.
  4. Filter the list by date and time. The payment history can show both payments and refunds in your account within the last 360 days or one year.
  5. Tick the Details link next to the payment or refund to see more information.

You can follow the steps to check the charges in your QuickBooks Online account provided by one of the colleagues above, Kristine Mae.

I have been trying for MONTHS to obtain an explanation via all the avenues identified above.  No one can explain these funds extracted from our accounts by QBO

Something that I find seriously lacking with Intuit is the fact that no one seems to know what is going on. Here you have a forum question regarding a charge from a company that is affiliated with Quickbooks/Intuit and yet the only answer you get from support in this forum are the talking points. No real answer(s) just a scripted answer.
