Unresponsive customer service?
Has anyone had just awful experience with QBO customer service being unresponsive? I have multiple cases unresolved, one from 7 months ago. The most recent is they did not file my 2023 UI and Oregon Family Leave and I am getting penalized for it. I sent the paperwork to the tax resolution 2 weeks ago and they still have not responded. I have to keep calling and now they are telling me it isn't their issue and it had to do with the move from Desktop to Online.
I am at my end with them and have now been on hold for 30 minutes because QBO transferred me to QB Desktop...or so they say.
I don't know what to do with them since they are so unresponsive and unhelpful
