Why are my paid invoices not showing in my transaction list so I can reconcile them? They are showing in the main transaction view but not in the record payment view?

The issue arises when transactions are not categorized as Sales or Income, and when the selected bank in the Deposited to field has an invoice payment date that falls outside the filtered dates for recording payments, @red93ty. I'll help you resolve this.

To correct the categorization, ensure to select Sales or Income to align the payment with the invoice. Here’s how:

1. Go to Transactions, and select Bank transactions.
2. Find the record and then click the category.
3. From the Search field enter 'sales', choose either Other income or Sales.
   
   

    

After checking this, verify in the Record payment mini window whether the transactions appear following the bank selection. If no bank transaction records are visible, click the Sort and filter button and adjust the date range to include the invoice payment date.

For example, if there's a fund recorded in the Bank transactions view dated May 23, 2025, but the filtering only covers May 24 to May 25, 2025, you can adjust the filter to start on May 22, 2025, and end on May 25, 2025. Let me show how you can change it:

1. Navigate Get paid and then select Invoices.
2. Find the invoice in question, then click Record payment.
3. In the Deposited to field, select a bank.
4. Click Sort and filter to edit the From and To date fields.
5. Hit Apply.
6. Choose a transaction to link with the invoice, and click Next.
