Why is Collier County missing from Sales Tax Liability Reports?

Several users have experienced similar concerns regarding missing counties in sales tax reports in QuickBooks Online. Our engineering team is currently investigating this matter and working on a solution.

Here's how to contact them:
 

1. In your QuickBooks (QBO) Online account, click the Help icon at the upper right corner.
2. Click the Search tab.
3. Type "Talk to support" then hit enter.
4. Click Contact Us.
