We have a UK version of QB premier 2015 and we have reached 14500 customers ( as our company file goes back to 2005 ) and we need to get rid of very old customers to allow us to add new ones. Rather than delete old customers which is very time consuming as we have to delete each old transaction individually i beleive, does anyone know if we make customers ' inactive' does that work like deleting customers and remove them from the 14500 limit? thanksNick.

I recently set up a self-employed account and have realised in the process of sending an invoice out that there is a typo in my main business name. I cannot find anywhere to edit, only where to change my personal info, not my business?
I signed up for the Essentials product because we have been forced down the MTD road.However, I keep being set up on Self-Employed which doesn't have the one thing I need - the ability to send my VAT return. It also says I owe £8 a month even though I went into the half price for 6 months offer so should either be £4 pm for Self-Employed or £9 pm for Essentials??I cancelled my subscription (as it said to on another of these Q&A posts) and tried again but it just kept sending me to Self-Employed.What should I do?
Hi all. I’m signed up for a 30-day trial but unfortunately signed up on the US site and was wondering if it’s possible to transfer my account to the U.K. site as everything is in $ on the app. Many thanks in advance
I've set up a new account by downloading the Apple App. However the subscription has gone through our family Apple account but I need it to go through my own card/bank acc. I have cancelled the subscription in Apple but when back in QBSE I can't find how/where to enter my bank details? QBSE still says see Apple? Do I need to start again with QBSE on a desktop? Sadly my bank and quick books dont work together (clydesdale bank), so I got told by my bank today. Now I have to do all transactions manual. At the moment I have all transactions down as cash which is wrong but I can not seem to add anywhere the account: bank or bank transfer. All infos I have found was for the american quickbooks which seems to be more elaborate then what I got here. I use quickbooks self-employed in UK. Any help is much appreciated.
