I see answers referencing a non-profit version of QB. But when I click on pricing for this version it routes me to the basic pricing page with simple start, essentials, plus. I see NO customization in simple start for non-profit. I am using the sales model for my nonprofit donations. Am I missing something?
I have registered as an educator and received my free quickbooks download. When will my school appear under the student registration so that I can have the students register?

Yes - we just downloaded the app so we have the latest version. It is a bluetooth reader. I spoke with QB support and they said that they do not feel the app supports the tablet. We are using a Verizon Asus Z10 tablet. It is running the most recent Android 7.0. The app does not show under setting the spot to choose the type of reader. It does not allow you to manually enter a credit card either. We got the reader and the app to work on an apple phone without any issues. (Title edited by moderator for clarity)
One of my QB books didn't have password before. When I try to open it with QB 2015 and QB ask to enter password. I don't know it so I try to use PasswordReset tool to reset the password.I get the token from QB by email and enter all information. the tool passed validate the token. get .dll file and attempt to open the file. Then the tool is stopped working. A pop up windows shows the message: " A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will closed the program and notify you if a solutions is available". The only button I can click is "Close Program".I use windows 7 Home Premium and .Net Framework 4.7.1.
Hello, I'm having no success editing QBW.ini, Quickbooks 2016 PRO Desktop. I make a change to one of the values and save the file, but after opening and closing Quickbooks the value returns back to what is was before I edited the file.
Hi -- I've generated a Sales Receipt with QBO Mac for a recurring monthly donation from a funder. It did not generate a credit card authorization form. How do I do that? Thanks
