Bank Feeds Bank of America downloads (checking and savings) produce error OL-309. I attempted to download transactions manually from Bank of America, but the import will not allow me to download them to the exiting account. What shall I do?

Hi, I have been running payroll via direct deposit for a few periods and just realized I selected it to debit "cash on hand" instead of our bank account. Our cash on hand account is now showing as negative. How do I go back and correct this?

Hello.. I have been using qb and this is the second time this happens. .. I did the receive payment procedure for my paper checks and immediately I went to the make deposit where a window would normally pop up for me to select what received payments I previously captured I want to deposit.. but this time to pop up window.. so I can't make no deposit preventing me from doing my work.. any solutions pls?

I've just downloaded a free trial of the EU version. I already have a US version I've been using for years. I am currently in Croatia. However, it didn't detect the bank I'm using out here which is OTP Bank. How do I add this bank account to my new Quickbooks account? Can I add a European bank account to Quickbooks using a swift or IBAN number?

Hi! So I changed my bank from Bank of America- all states to Bank of America-New. Since the change, I can no longer download transactions for all my accounts at one time. Main bank account and credit cards combined. I can only download transactions one account at a time. Can anyone help with this?Thanks, Kat

I have completed a reconciliation for September 2022 and initially the bank register balance from the reconciliation agreed to the September 2022 trial balance and September 2022 balance sheet. I reconciled on October 6. Now on October 12, those balances do not agree. What did I do wrong?
Basically QBO is debiting my accounts at end of month two business days before the payment date. Thus I am clearing in the month before and reconciling and now payment is showing up again first of next month when QBO give payment date of 1st on new month.
I can't even add them manually
Is there a way to determine who unreconciled a bank account that had already been reconciled? I am using QB Enterprise Solutions 22.0
