I am using the international version and by banking mess up we have been running 2 companies off the same credit card machine. To transfer funds, I am thinking to set up a holding bank account for the 2nd company and then cut a check to show the withdrawal. I am running 2 different QB accounts so added together, they do match (ie A+B = CCD statement - barring bank error)... just not sure how to try to reconcile the CCD deposits in Company A. Thank you
need you add my bank in your list so i can connect online with all transections

Hello, I linked a foreign currency bank account to QBO without turning on multi-currency. After a few weeks I realized my mistake. I unlinked the bank account and made it inactive. I then turned on multi-currency, created a new name for the same account and linked it to my banking, telling QBO that it was not the same currency (ie foreign) as my QBO currency. I re-imported the transactions (thankfully only a few). But now when I go to the supplier report for the supplier I pay from the foreign currency account, I have doubled up transactions (I even renamed the supplier to indicate that his were the "new" transactions from the re-imported session). When I click on the details, I see that the account I paid from is either the new renamed account, or the inactive account. So when I go to delete the transactions from the inactive account, I get a message saying that the deletion will result in a non-zero balance in the inactive account. I also have doubled up deposits to this account for
HiI have a Bank Transaction of a debit (Spent) €13.65... this is for a refund for stripe.Basically a customer refund of €26.60, but there was no balance on stripe, so the took away from my next payout. The refund is like: payout of +€13.50 (a new order being paid out to me) - fees -€0.55 = €12.95 - refund of €26.60 so they debited my bank €13.65.So in my sales transactions I have an orginal invoice for the 26.60 which is matched to the payout associated with it (so not part of what i need to match now), a sales invoice for 13.50 and a refund of -26.60, and in bank transactions i have a debit of 13.65.. how can i match these .... help
The bank is quite innovative and it is a pure online bank. Wondering when it gets connected with Quickbooks - any ideas?

I can't find the bank for my account What do you advise me to do and what is the solution?
I previously connected my N26 bank account, all was working fine. I then received notification that I needed to reconnect by bank account. I tried reconnect but kept receiving a message that it couldn't be done at this time. I disconnected my bank account and tried to reconnect. Now I'm getting error 590. I can't find what this means. Anyone else getting this?
We are a small NGO. I finished bank transactions migration. Bank transactions contained donations. I need to issue receipts for these donations. But when I issue a receipt, I also affect my bank balance shown in quick book. How to avoid this double counting?
Hi, I am trying to account for a foreign currency transfer between two of the bank accounts. However, neither is in home currency. Sending USD to EUR, without going through the GBP Account. There is also a small bank fee (in EUR) that gets deducted and the net amount is received in the EUR bank account. How do I record it when my home currency is GBP?I have tried a clearing account where I transfer funds from USD into Clearing and then from Clearing to EUR. However, there is a slight change in my GBP account because the exchange rate for GBP-EUR and USD-GBP yields different GBP amounts.
There is no translation using the appropriate exchange rate to convert the USD amount to GHS.
My country does not allow automatic connection to bank. how can I enter this information manually
I would love to get some help on this... I'm lost... We have a multi-currency account, and something that seems relatively simple is getting more complicated to more I read about it... Our main QB currency is USD.I have PHP in the bank and transferred X to a friend's PHP bank account. My friend gives me RMB to our digital account (wechat pay) back. We determine the exchange rate ourselves. It's not sales, profit or loss; it should be nothing more than a simple exchange of funds between accounts. But how do I put this in our system... Your tips are greatly appreciated - thank you!
