Is there a way to give a user with Standard limited customers and suppliers access the rights to create customised invoice templates? And if not, why not? Generally a user that is logged in with the specific role of working with invoices would be involved in raising invoices, and as part of that may need to create templates. Giving full access isn't an option as this is for a person doing a specific role in the company and the client would not want full access to be given.
They all appear to be from purchase orders through the products and items option. Different accounts are affected, I've tried changing the account the item goes to. Some items are paid, some not.
I'm wondering if there is a feature in the Quickbooks (IOS app or web browser) that allows copying of journeys I do regularly, and the ability to make ajourney in to a return or round trip.For example I make a trip twice a week to a clients home, returning to my office after each one. At the moment I'm entering these journeys manually each time, in each direction, which is quite time consuming. It would be really useful if there was a one click option to turn the journey in to a return trip, and then be allowed to copy that complete journey on to different days.Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, hoping you can help me with this: We currently have 4 active projects and every month I create a journal entry to transfer funds from these projects to an 'Operations' project for management hours, OH&P and insurance. Operations, isn't really a project, it's our ongoing operating expenses to which we bill each of the projects for. This solution works, but doesn't feel like the best way to do this. Should I set up a Chart of Accounts for Operations? I have also seen it before where Operations is treated as a completely separate entity / company but I don't want to create more admin by having to physically send each project a monthly invoice when it is just an internal transfer. Everything is managed out of the same bank account. Thanks!

Every stock item makes us enter a reorder point. As all items are unique we never reorder. We need to get rid of the function on QB

I created a duplicate category by mistake. Quickbooks has given it the same name with a -1 after it. How can I merge the two categories into one?
We have over a thousand products and over a thousand customers, some of these products have a different price for a lot of customers. Is there a way I can have this be auto completed when creating a sales invoice like I could on desktop version.
